    Beautiful building. So elegant, proportionate and inviting. Some skyscrapers literally sting the sky, some negatively affet their cities... but not this one. :)

    It also has the world's fastest elevator, and a luxury shopping mall that few Taiwanese can actually afford .... Excellent place to meet tourists from around the world. People from the USA, UK, Germany, Japan, China, Australia, and other nations can all be found congregating at the Observation Deck.
